Sessions are offered at 1 hour increments 1 to 3 times per week with the option of 1 on 1, Buddy (2 participants) or small group (3 participants) training. Please note - Small group training must have 3 people to qualify for small group pricing.
PRIVATE SESSIONS provide personal attention, customized scheduling, and confidence so that individuals can increase confidence to attend group classes. WorkoutTemps offers a wide range of dance, fitness, and mindfulness session. These private sessions are provided by our dedicated instructors.
Travis is an Exercise Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. His focus is Functional Strength Training, Core Development, Weight Loss, Balance, Flexibility and Mobility. Travis has been in the fitness industry for almost 9 years and absolutely loves helping and motivating people to push themselves to achieve their health and fitness goals.

I specialize in weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise, and functional training. I work with a wide array of clients and create custom programs for all individuals, whether their goal is to lose weight, gain strength, gain lean muscle mass, or perform olympic weightlifting.

Don Savella is a fitness and movement coach who helps the everyday person create their own unique fitness practice. While balancing being a husband, dad, Microbiologist, DJ, and coach, Don has a unique insight on how to manage a busy schedule and still be able to create a sustainable fitness regimen.
Jia is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. After losing 40lbs and overcoming physical challenges due to post pregnancy, Jia became dedicated to sharing her passion for fitness with others. She strives to inspire people to reach their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles.
Will has been a certified ACE personal trainer since 2002 & he continues to educate himself with new & innovative ways to train, motivate & challenge his clients.Many of Will’s clients credit him for his passion to fitness, health and his ability to understand his client’s needs and goals.“Remember if there is a WILL, there is a way!”

For your convenience each participant can individually pay for their sessions. You just get to benefit from the small group pricing!
Get on our small group training match list. Just indicate where and when you would like to train and when someone with a similar request to yours joins you will be notified.
That's great news! Just let your trainer know how many weeks you would like to add to your schedule. And go back to the booking site to pay for your additional sessions.
We require 72 hours for any session changes unless there is an Act of God. For instance if you're sick it would be in everyone's best interest to postpone your training session. Please be sure to contact your trainer as soon as possible. Rescheduling will be determined based on trainers availability. Please note that for buddy and small group training any session changes and cancellations must be done as a group no individual make up sessions can be accommodated.
In an effort to help keep you accountable on your health and wellness journey packages are non refundable. If you are not sure if you are ready to make a 4 week commitment to personal training please request a free assessment.
Personal training is not only about your personal wellness journey, it is also about your personal connection with your trainer. Our goal is to keep you training with the same personal trainer throughout your entire journey with WorkoutTemps but in life unforeseen changes do arise from time to time: trainers move or transition into other opportunities. If this does happen we will make sure that you are connected to another amazing trainer so that you continue seamlessly on your wellness journey.
