WorkoutTemps is excited to announce that in addition to fitness and mindfulness classes we also offer one on one, buddy, and small group personal training and private sessions for the Sunnyvale and San Bruno Walmart E Commerce associates.

Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINING 

Sessions include but are not limited to:

  • Strength training
  • Weight loss Coaching
  • Circuit training
  • Cardio Conditioning
  • Health coaching

Sessions are offered at 1 hour increments 1 to 3 times per week with the option of 1 on 1, Buddy (2 participants) or small group (3 participants) training. Please note - Small group training must have 3 people to qualify for small group pricing.

PRIVATE SESSIONS provide personal attention, customized scheduling, and confidence so that individuals can increase confidence to attend group classes. WorkoutTemps offers a wide range of dance, fitness, and mindfulness session. These private sessions are provided by our dedicated instructors.

Learning how to let your muscles control the weight and not the other way around is of the utmost importance during the performance of resistance training. Your training program will consist of concise individualized and professional instruction, attentive supervision, appropriate assistance, motivational support, and positive reinforcement. A good quality workout session should consist of movements which are  FUN and EFFECTIVE.

I have signed up for small group training. Do we pay as a group?

For your convenience each participant can individually pay for their sessions. You just get to benefit from the small group pricing!

I would like to participate in Small Group Training but I need help finding other associates to join

Get on our small group training match list. Just indicate where and when you would like to train and when someone with a similar request to yours joins you will be notified.

I would like to continue training beyond my initial booked dates. How do I continue training?

That's great news! Just let your trainer know how many weeks you would like to add to your schedule. And go back to the booking site to pay for your additional sessions.

I need to reschedule my session. What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We require 72 hours for any session changes unless there is an Act of God. For instance if you're sick it would be in everyone's best interest to postpone your training session. Please be sure to contact your trainer as soon as possible.  Rescheduling will be determined based on trainers availability. Please note that for buddy and small group training any session changes and cancellations must be done as a group no individual make up sessions can be accommodated.

I changed my mind and I do not want to train any more. Can I get my money back?

In an effort to help keep you accountable on your health and wellness journey packages are non refundable. If you are not sure if you are ready to make a 4 week commitment to personal training please request a free assessment.

Will I always be able to work with the same trainer?

Personal training is not only about your personal wellness journey, it is also about your personal connection with your trainer. Our goal is to keep you training with the same personal trainer throughout your entire journey with WorkoutTemps but in life unforeseen changes do arise from time to time: trainers move or transition into other opportunities. If this does happen we will make sure that you are connected to another amazing trainer so that you continue seamlessly on your wellness journey.

I would like to continue training but I would prefer to change trainers. What should I do?
