Each class is catered to a variety of levels, from first-time-ever taking a class beginners, to the advanced practitioner. There is something for everyone in this class, whether your intention is stress-relief and relaxation, working on your inversion practice, building your strength and flexibility in your body, or increasing your body awareness in general.
This class focuses on challenging and stretching the entire body, as well as movement with breath cycles. Participants can concentrate on their own movements for stress relief. The class includes sun salutations, legs, shoulders, back and hip joint stretches.
In this all levels class we blend ancient and modern mindfulness and meditation practices and techniques. Your meditation instructor may use a blend of movement meditations, seated meditation, silence, guided imagery, sound, light, and scent to create your unique, inspirational, and experiential practice.
This class is a vigorous, strength and flexibility training yoga system based on a series of "asanas" or poses. With much attention to body alignment, poses are moved through at a steady and strong pace, synchronized with our breath. This style of yoga opens and strengthens in natural, core-strengthening flow, promoting a lighter, stronger body and a clear mind.
T’ai Chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation for both mind and body. Described as “meditation in motion”, T’ai Chi consists of a standing person performing a series of postures or bodily movements in a slow and graceful manner, with each movement flowing without pause to the next.
As the body wakes and prepares for another day participants will start each class with a few minutes of mindful meditation, gradually bringing awareness to their breath. As the body continues to wake gentle twists, articulation of major joints, will eventually lead to a power flow or energy and movement. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility and stamina with a deep awareness and continual monitoring of breath.

This is a circuit training class with an emphasis on increasing strength and losing body fat by pushing and pulling free weights and performing cardio during timed intervals. Each class begins with a few minutes of dynamic warm up exercises and ends with cool down stretches. You will learn how to properly execute movements which are fun and effective.
This class includes a plethora of exercises that focus on proper movement and corrective exercises. Dynamic stretching and mobility combined with activation warm up exercises are always included followed up by circuit training with bursts of HIIT. This class will improve movement, posture, strength and core function.
Hustle and Flow is a bootcamp style class with a dynamic mix of dumbells, kettlebells, body weight movements, and conditioning. You can expect a fun but challenging work out and an ab finisher!
Dynamic stretching, cardio, and action packed combinations including bodyweight training, kickboxing drills, and punching combos will challenge your stamina, focus, and coordination. Kickboxing and boxing workouts improve full-body strength and fitness while providing an exhilarating workout to a high-energy soundtrack.
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Set to fun music, this class grounds, and centers you while building strong muscles by utilizing the techniques drawn from modern, jazz, and ballet but adapted for fitness.

Urban line dancing is high energy, low impact, and fun. Each line dance is simple, choreographed workout designed to target the cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and infuse your workout with fun. While similar to Country Line Dances Urban Line Dancing includes dances such as Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, Chacha Slide, Zydeco Slide, Bikers Shuffle, and Booty Call are danced to soul, funk, gospel, hip hop or contemporary pop music.

Zumba® Fitness is a high energy dance fitness program. Zumba® is a world-famous Latin-inspired dance fitness program that incorporates samba, salsa, cumbia, merengue, mambo, bollywood, belly dance, flamenco, reggaeton, hip hop, and other world beat dance styles. This workout is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
Incorporating easy-to-follow movements inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, this class will dive you into rhythmic patterns of traditional Polynesian music and deliver you a full-body workout, while building isolation ability, grace, poise, confidence, and coordination.
You will learn the basic Salsa moves and turns while dancing together in a friendly environment. This is not a couple dancing class but instead a class where every participant can learn the basic components of Salsa, and get a great workout dancing salsa movements to a variety of Latin rhythms.
